2023 #50PreciousWords International Contest:
Once again, Vivian is using this fabulous contest to continue the #50PreciousWords Literacy Initiative!
All participants are invited to purchase a children’s book from BALIN BOOKS,
one of Vivian’s local indie bookstores.
Anyone can join in to support #kidlit literacy!
Last year, because of the generosity of this amazing kidlit community,
they were able to deliver 410 brand-new books to three local schools in need.
You can order any children’s book you’d like to donate

Patricia Franz writes picture books and poetry. She believes children, dogs, and sourdough have a lot to teach us about life, joy, and wonder. She has raised two boys, four dogs, and holds a master’s degree in Theology with a focus on children’s spirituality. Patricia, her husband, her Bernese Mountain dog, Bonny, and her sourdough starter split their time between the Arizona desert and the Sierra Nevada mountains.
